Even though anki feels like a slog, I have some good news. All of my immersion has been free flow today. I decided to watch Betty en NY and it’s been easy enough for me to follow. Here and there I notice some words I don’t know but I’ve been able to follow along.
The last time I watched it was when I was just starting out with Spanish and I couldn’t understand anything! I had to parse every single word but now I can catch the gist of most things, it’s easier than any of the other shows I have watched so far. Even easier than La Casa de Los Flores.
There are 123 episodes and I just finished episode 9. I wonder if I would have the patience to watch all of the episodes, I’m not sure but now I know what I can watch if I want some free flow time without being completely overwhelmed.
